Athletes will be divided into specific training pods based on age and baseline ability to ensure maximum reps and appropriate physical loading.

On-Court Mastery:
We strip away the fluff and focus on what translates to in-game success. Reps focus on advanced ball-handling, dribbling under pressure, shooting mechanics off the catch and the bounce, passing, defensive footwork, and team-work.
Athletic Performance (60 - 90 Min Daily Block):
Think Fitness transforms a section of the gym into a high-performance lab. Athletes focus on vertical explosion, lateral quickness, core stability, and power generation using specialized, portable equipment.
The Finale (Friday): Pro Combine Assessment
Friday shifts from development to evaluation. Athletes will be put through a rigorous combine mirroring pro and collegiate testing. This includes timed sprints, pro agility drills, vertical jump testing, and high-pressure shooting assessments.
9:00 AM – 9:15 AM: Athlete Arrival & Dynamic Activation
9:15 AM – 11:30 AM: Hardwood Hustlers: On-Court Skills & Mechanics
11:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Lunch, Hydration & Mental Recovery
12:30 PM – 2:00 PM: Think Fitness: Strength, Agility & Injury Prevention
2:00 PM – 3:15 PM: Hardwood Hustlers: Live Play, Scrimmages & Reads
3:15 PM – 3:30 PM: Cool Down & Athlete Pick-Up
